LexiFlow is a SaaS platform designed to streamline property title verification report generation for law firms. The service includes AI-powered document processing, guided workflows, institution-specific templates, and complete audit trail management. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Registration

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Use the service only for lawful purposes

4.2 Payment

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle
• We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and approved digital payment methods
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.3 Refund Policy

The LexiFlow platform, including all software, designs, graphics, text, and other content, is the property of InnovateSphere Private Limited and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose.

You retain all rights to the documents and data you upload to the platform. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service. We will not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than service delivery.

6. Data Security and Privacy

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. 7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InnovateSphere Private Limited shall not be liable for:

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You are responsible for verifying all reports and outputs generated by the platform.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

9.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. General Provisions

• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent
• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and InnovateSphere
